HIErarchy
This project is an art piece created in Unity, and directed by artist Abdul Abdullah. This was also a collaboration with Tactical Space Lab.
It functions with live cameras pointing directly at the viewer. Displayed on screen is assumed information about the viewer, including their age and gender.
This information is accurately generated by Microsoft Azure's FaceAPI service, and includes other flavour text to encapsulate the metaphor to society today.
MY ROLE
I worked with capturing video from a HikVision security camera, and then relaying that video to Unity for display and analysing.
The data is uploaded to Microsoft's Azure cloud service for identification, and sent back and deserialised for reading by the program.
